The Arts Society Berlin. We are pleased to be able to report that The Arts Society’s Board and our Board have agreed that we will cooperate to promote each other’s events.  The General Data Protection Regulations prevent us from sharing our membership lists with each other but we have agreed that details of events will be exchanged by, and then disseminated within, each organisation.  The Board of BHA has decided that the cost of our events (where travel costs are not incurred) for non-members will be increased from €5 to €10, thus matching the charge that The Arts Society makes for non-members.  However, the cost of events for guests of our members will remain at €5 (plus any travel costs).  We very much hope that this arrangement will be beneficial to both parties, and that we and The Arts Society might attract some new members as a result.  The Arts Society Berlin offers a most varied and interesting programme of lectures that may be viewed at: https://www.theartssocietyberlin.com/Programme2022.htm

Their immediately forthcoming events are:

19 Sep 2022 -  A lecture entitled:  "Palmyra:  Bride of the Desert".

31 Oct 2022 -  A lecture entitled: "Churchill: An inspirational life in photographs, words and paintings".
